man you hit it on the head. I will be 27 in a month, and I have 8 years in management. I watched my parents bust their ass to give us the little bit we had. So when I started working I knew to take pride in my work. It has paid off. Now I have 100 people under me, 70 or so that I directly supervise nightly. But I see people the same age as me, who dont take the job seriously because they dont plan on staying there forever. yet they complain about how they cant get jobs elsewhere cuz they dont have experience, or their low pay. Its really sad.

To know that this flame will spread this way across the door and up across the ceiling, not because of the physics of flammable liquids, but because it wants to.” © Robert De Niro in Backdraft by theScholar3000
